IPR Structural Health Monitoring Products
IPR designs, manufactures and sells a complete line of SHM devices. As part of ongoing R&D activity, IPR is also planning to add crack detection to the product portfolio.
IPR 110/111
Structural Health Monitor
Availability - 8 weeks
The IPR 110/111 is a very small form factor SHM sensor weighing just 4 grams. It is available in both UART (110) and USB (111) configurations and is ideal for deployment in applications such as aerospace where low weight is a critical parameter. The photograph shows the IPR 110 unit.
IPR 110 - Miniature SHM with Generic Connector and UART
IPR 111 - Miniature SHM with Direct-to-USB cable
IPR 120
Battery/RF Module
Availability - 8 weeks
The IPR 120 is a companion module for the IPR 110 that provides battery power and wireless connectivity. The IPR 120 works in conjunction with a IPR 130 base station. In the photograph, an IPR 110 is shown securely connected to an IPR 120.
IPR 130
Wireless Base Station
Availability - 8 weeks
The IPR 130 is a wireless communication base station that connects to a PC via USB. The IPR 130 enables a PC to wirelessly communicate with a network of IPR 120 modules (each connected to an IPR 110 SHM).
IPR 140
Detachable SHM
In Development - Preorders only
The IPR 140 is a battery-powered wireless Wi-Fi strain monitor that is packaged with a magnetic base and either an adhesive-mounted disposable substrate with strain gauges or a reusable strain sensitive pad for ease of installation on steel structures. The IPR 140 is simply placed on a surface of a structural steel element, and the unit is ready to monitor and record strain data. Sensor specifications are available upon request.
IPR 150
Digital Strain Gauge
In Development - Preorders only
The IPR 150 series is a revolutionary new fully integrated digital strain gauge that is the lowest cost solution on the market. The IPR 150 weighs only a few grams and combines an accurate strain sensor mechanism with an integrated MCU to convert the analog strain measurement immediately to digital and available via USB. The output is very accurate and is highly immune to noise and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Installation is fast and easy using a proprietary adhesive.
IPR 160
Rotating Parts SHM
In Development - Preorders only
The IPR 160 is used for balancing propellers, fans of turbofan engines, or other rotating parts that may suffer from vibration caused by unbalanced masses.
